What is Lotus Global Traders?
We are a Poland-based supplier of apparel and uniforms. We supply apparel and uniforms made to your specification in selected factories in India and Bangladesh, and deliver the finished goods to you in Poland and the EU.
Are you an agent or a trading intermediary?
No. We are your supplier and the contracting party for your order. You buy from us, we invoice you, and we are responsible for the goods until they reach you.
What is your minimum order quantity?
The standard minimum is 1,000 pieces per style. Smaller runs of 300 to 500 pieces are possible at a premium price, because the factory's set-up costs are spread over fewer pieces.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We scale production to your volume.
Do I need to deal with the manufacturer?
No. We manage all communication with the factory, so you deal only with us. Lotus is your only contracting party.
What are your prices?
We quote per enquiry, because price depends on product, fabric, quantity and destination. You receive one delivered price per piece.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes. After your enquiry we develop samples to your specification for your approval. Sample costs are quoted separately and paid in advance.
How long does an order take?
Approximately 12 to 16 weeks from order confirmation: production of up to about 60 days, sea freight of 30 to 45 days, plus customs clearance and delivery. Sample development is additional. Air freight is available for urgent small orders.
How do payments work?
A deposit on order confirmation and the balance before dispatch, once the goods pass inspection. A Letter of Credit is available for larger orders and full advance payment for samples and small orders. Exact terms are agreed in your contract. See our Payment Terms.
Where do you produce?
In selected garment factories in India and Bangladesh, chosen by our team for each product. Most fabric is sourced in India and Bangladesh. Where it suits the specification, we can also supply selected fabrics from China at competitive prices.
Do you offer organic products?
Yes. India is a leading source of organic cotton, and we offer organic ranges through GOTS certified production. Certificates for your order are shared with the quotation.
Can you do private label?
Yes. We can add your labels, hang tags and packaging to meet your brand standards.
Can you protect my designs?
Yes. We sign a non-disclosure agreement before receiving your designs or specifications.
Can quality or compliance audits be arranged?
Yes. Once an order is agreed, we can arrange inspections and audits through our team.
What if goods arrive with a quality problem?
Contact us. We investigate against the agreed specification and inspection report, and arrange a remedy.
