Lotus Global Traders combines customer service and order management in Poland with hands-on production oversight in India.

Pranam Barembettu

Founder & CEO

Pranam sets the company's strategy and leads its buyer relationships, production planning and delivery, making sure every order is made to specification and arrives on time. With more than seven years of experience in sales and business development, he has built his career on winning customers' trust and keeping long-term partnerships strong.

He founded Lotus Global Traders to give European businesses a dependable partner for apparel and uniforms made in India and Bangladesh, with one contract, one delivered price and full accountability from order to delivery. He works directly with buyers in Poland and Germany, and his family and business connections in India give the company a strong, trusted manufacturing network.

Vineetha Barembettu

Co-founder & Director, Operations (Poland)

Vineetha is a co-founder of Lotus Global Traders and the backbone of the company's operations in Poland. She oversees the full order cycle on the ground: order documentation, invoicing, stock control, quality checks, packing and delivery coordination.

Her background of more than eight years in billing, inventory management and order fulfilment gives her a precise, process-driven approach. She works closely with buyers and partners to keep every shipment accurate and on schedule, and is known for clear communication, attention to quality and dependable follow-through.

Kiran Kunder

Co-founder & Director, Supply Chain Operations

Kiran leads supply chain operations and oversees production and garment manufacturing in India, from fabric sourcing to finished goods. He has more than seven years of leadership experience in supply chain management and global business services, with a focus on operational excellence and business growth.

Kiran holds a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management and has extensive expertise across the full Quote-to-Cash process, including order management, inventory management, customer relations and sales operations. His strong command of enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce and Oracle helps him drive process efficiency and deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Akshay Kedila

Co-founder & Director, Finance & Commercial Operations

As Co-founder and Director of Finance & Commercial Operations at Lotus Global Traders, Akshay leads the company's financial governance, commercial strategy and revenue cycle operations, ensuring a strong foundation for sustainable international growth. He also oversees garment production and quality in Bangladesh, making sure every order meets the agreed specification. Backed by a Master's degree in Finance and over seven years of professional experience across corporate finance, accounting, Accounts Receivable (AR) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations, he brings extensive expertise in managing complex financial processes and supporting global business operations.

His core strengths include financial planning, risk management, process optimisation, commercial compliance and operational efficiency. With a strong focus on financial discipline, transparency and structured business processes, Akshay plays a key role in strengthening the company's commercial framework and ensuring seamless coordination across international business activities. He is committed to building reliable financial systems, fostering long-term relationships with global partners and supporting Lotus Global Traders' vision of delivering trust, value and sustainable growth across international markets.
