Quality is controlled at every stage
We build checks into production rather than relying on a final inspection alone.
- Specification sheets agreed in writing before production
- Approved pre-production sample used as the benchmark
- Fabric testing (GSM, shrinkage, colour fastness and others) to agreed ISO standards
- In-line checks during production
- Final inspection to AQL standards before dispatch, by our team or an independent inspection company on request
- Inspection report with photographs shared before shipment
- Replacement or remedy for goods that do not meet the agreed specification
Inspection before you pay the balance
Before dispatch, your goods are inspected against agreed AQL standards. You receive an inspection report with photographs, and the balance becomes due once the inspection is passed.
You can also ask for an independent inspection company to be appointed.

Garments sold in the European Union must meet specific legal and safety requirements. We build these into every order.
Chemical safety
Products comply with EU REACH regulation. OEKO-TEX Standard 100 tested products can be discussed on request.
Organic
Organic cotton garments available through GOTS certified production. Certification scope and transaction certificates are confirmed per order.
Labelling
Fibre composition, care labels and size labelling to EU and Polish requirements.
Baby and children's products
Produced to the relevant safety standards for children's clothing.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and test reports provided with each shipment.
Responsible sourcing
We work with factories that hold recognised social compliance audits, such as amfori BSCI, Sedex SMETA or WRAP. Certificates and traceability information for your production are shared on request.
